Intentionally stepping into my sexuality was the greatest single thing I've done for my self-worth and self-respect so far in my life.  I know that is a big thing to say, but it is 100% true. I feel confident, create interdependent relationships, and am connected to my body more than ever. One way that I took steps towards fierce authenticity was to attend a variety of fun, challenging and nourishing workshops. And so my only wish with creating and facilitating workshops, live discussion and weekly challenges is to give you the same thing I had throughout my journey. A guide. 

On the first Tuesday of every month at 7:30pm EST, I host a virtual women's circle through Zoom for all Sanctuary Circle and Sanctuary Collective members. Sometimes we have additional meetings depending on interest and amount of women. We have one workshop this month for couples and those who live together.

Every woman should have access to female-focused sex education. Sometimes this comes in the form of informative videos, and sometimes through workshops. Sometimes it's just through a simple conversation and other times it needs more of an intentional guide. The Sanctuary holds all these paths and encourages you to choose which to take.
