Intentionally stepping into my sexuality was the greatest single thing I've done for my self-worth and self-respect so far in my life. I know that is a big thing to say, but it is 100% true. I have easier to confidence, creativity, and positive body connection. One way that I took steps towards fierce authenticity was to attend a variety of fun, challenging and nourishing workshops. My hope for these meetups is that you'll experience something that meant so much to me throughout my own journey:

Women's Circles and Upcoming Workshops
On the first Tuesday of every month at 7:30pm EST, I host a virtual women's circle through Zoom for all Sanctuary Circle and Sanctuary Collective members. Sometimes we have additional meetings depending on interest and amount of women. We also have one workshop this month for anyone who wants to step into their courage a bit. See details below!

Sanctuary Circle
This month our theme is Trust. We will come together for our women's circle at 7:30pm EST. In each Circle, we begin with a breathing practice to come into presence and then will flow into reflective writing and open dialogue; staying with the body throughout our 75 minutes together.

Can I Trust My Cycle?
Our menstrual cycle gives us TONS of information all month long, but most of us were never taught how to understand what our bodies are trying to tell us.
In this 90-minute pop-up Q*A, we'll talk about the entire menstrual cycle. This is a Q&A so bring ALL your questions and curiosities about your cycle. No expertise required, just curiosity!
Who's it for: all members (feel free to bring your daughter if 12 years or older)

Humor
I bet you anything you'll laugh in one of my workshops or circles. Humor is my love language and laughter is the medicine of the world.
Experiential
I teach, you experience. This interactive element helps you become curious about your own experience and less judgmental.
Reflective
Have a notebook handy. Or two...or three.
Somatic
We'll intellectualize the crap out of things, and we'll also be in our bodies, too.
storytelling
Story-telling has been the backbone of the shared lessons of humanity, and it will continue to be. A space to share your lessons and learn new ones.
