We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell, rent, or share this information to anyone unless given explicit consent to do so. 


What We Collect. We may seek personal data including your full name, email address, and other contact information like your physical address, billing information, and credit card data, namely when you join our mailing list via our websites, or purchase our programs, products or services. You may select to not provide any of the above info, but you will then not be able to use Company services or certain features. By providing such information to us, you grant us permission to use and store such information. We, in turn, will use our best efforts to keep such information safe and secure. We may also collect the following information: (i) name and job title, (ii) contact information including email address, (iii) demographic information such as location, preferences and interests, (iv) information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers, (v) information that you provide through your program, product or service participation. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.


We may collect and store certain information about your interaction with Company website and services, including cookies, IP Addresses, browser type, device type, location, Internet service provider (ISP), entry and exit pages, operating systems, time/date stamps, and other related data.

What We Do With the Information We Gather. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order.

Storage. All information is stored through a data management system within the United States. This information can only be accessed by those who help manage that information in order to deliver email or otherwise contact those who would like to receive our correspondence. You agree and acknowledge that Pleasure Roots, LLC and those who manage the data management system may have access to your personal information. We will keep your data for up to 30 days after your account is deleted. After the 30 days all your data is fully removed from our system.


Retention policy. We securely store your information, and hold it for as long as we need to in order to provide our services and products to you in accordance with (i) applicable law, or (ii) as long as is set out in any relevant contract you have with us.


Sharing. We share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.


Orders. We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.


Individuals under 18. We do not intentionally, or knowingly, process personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen (18). When necessary, users under the age of eighteen (18) will be told not to submit any personal details. We will make every effort to delete any details of such users where a parent or guardian has informed us that these details have been collected.

Enrollment and Registration 

In order to use our programs, products or services, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age, etc.) about yourself, but it is not required.


Email Notices

When you register to use Company services or by purchasing any products from a vendor using Company services, your email will automatically be listed in the Company mailing list. You will receive welcome information, account information, and other marketing related information related to Company services and the products you viewed and purchased. You may also receive periodic emails from us notifying you of new features, products, titles and other related information for Company services. You may choose to opt out of receiving emails from Company at any time, but if you choose to do so, you will not receive technical support requests, account updates and notifications, product updates, security updates or updates to the Terms of Conditions of the Services, as well as, updates to Privacy Policy of the Company. 


Security 

We take serious precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.


Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

However please be advised that while we take extra measures to protect your data and integrity of your information, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent unauthorized access from occurring. We highly recommend that you set a tough to guess password for your registered account with Company to ensure others from easily guessing your password.

You are not permitted to share your username and/or password with anyone. If we learn you have shared your username and/or password with another person, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the program, product or service, website and/or private Facebook Group.


It is your responsibility to protect your own password from disclosure to others. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or account information. You are responsible for activities that take place using your password(s) and within your account. If you share your password(s) with anyone, they may be able to obtain access to your personal information at your own risk.
