Sensual Healing
Reclaim Pleasure After Sexual Trauma
A 2-hour online workshop for women who are ready to gently reconnect to their body,
boundaries, and pleasure after sexual trauma.
June 14, 11am PST
What is sensuality?
We like to think of sensuality as a blanket of magical energy that moves and flows around you. For some women it is an emotion and to others it's a physical sensation. Sensuality is unique for each of us because it's like an artistic expression of the body. As we evolve and grow, sensuality can become even more embodied within us and lead us to a kind of self-intimacy like none other. If you choose to stay in relationship with your sensuality, a form of pleasure and confidence arises within you that's fueled by the permission you give yourself - both in and out of the bedroom.
Sensuality is less about how we are seen, and more about how deeply we are willing to be in relationship with our own bodies.
Why is it important to reclaim sensuality?
After someone experiences sexual trauma, it is especially important to reconnect with the body and the Self. It's important because the violation can create challenging barriers like...
Guilt for wanting to feel good again
Worrying that you'll forget the pain if you find pleasure again
Invalidating yourself because someone else somewhere is hurting more
Believing that you deserved it
Fearing that it will happen again if you let your guard down
The body knows how to overcome these barriers. And in this workshop, we walk alongside you as we teach and share these body-based practices to help you return to your body, overcome sexual struggles, and actually heal.
Your truth is yours. Your truth is right. And it's okay to feel good again. Your pleasure doesn't take away from your pain.
Your sensuality moves with your pain; it moves your pain.
