Intentionally stepping into my sexuality was the greatest single thing I've done for my self-worth and self-respect so far in my life. I know that is a big thing to say, but it is 100% true. I feel confident, create interdependent relationships, and am connected to my body more than ever. One way that I took steps towards fierce authenticity was to attend a variety of fun, challenging and nourishing workshops. And so my only wish with creating and facilitating workshops is to give you the same thing I had throughout my journey. A guide.
October Live Talk
On the first Tuesday of every month at 12pm PST, I go live in the Sexual Sanctuary! We interact through the comments and ALL members (paid and Free Birds) get access to this recording.

The three main components to all my workshops: curiosity, desire, and choice.
Humor
Sex does not have to serious. Injecting laughter into it eases the pressure and actually brings joy. I promise you.
Experiential
I love to weave in experiential exercises throughout my workshops and retreats. This brings an element of interaction that helps you connect to your body and to pleasure.
Reflective
Swadhyaya is a Sanskrit term meaning "self-inquiry" or "self-study" and reminds us stay curious as you deepen the relationship with yourself. Have a notebook handy.
storytelling
I share examples from my own life during the majority of my live discussions and sometimes I share stories from my clients' lives (with their permission).
